Ms. Sarver is an associate in the Hot Springs office and a member of the firm’s tax department. Her practice includes income tax planning for individuals and businesses, estate planning, including the drafting of wills and trusts, and the probate of decedents’ estates, including estate tax return preparation. Leslie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2000 and received her law decree with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 2003. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Law degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Advice and document preparation concerning sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and other business forms, merger, consolidation and liquidation of businesses and sale or purchase of businesses.

Design and documentation of qualified and nonqualified employee retirement and health plans, as well as tax planning regarding contributions to and withdrawals from the plans.
Tax Procedure and Practice
Representation in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service, Arkansas State Revenue Department and other taxing authorities at all levels from the initial audit conferences to litigation in federal, state and tax courts.
Tax Exempt Organizations
Formation of and advice regarding various charitable and other tax exempt organizations, such as nonprofit corporations and private foundations.
