Mr. Dennis is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in representation of clients encompassing personal injury products liability, construction, transportation, commercial litigation and workers compensation.
In 2007 and 2008 Mr. Dennis was named as a “Super Lawyer” in the area of Civil Defense Litigation, by Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine, and in August 2008 was selected for inclusion in the August 2008 Corporate Counsel edition of Super Lawyers magazine. He has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of workers compensation.

Williams, et al. vs. Scott Tractor Company LLC - Ashley Circuit NO 05-293-3 - Employment Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Retaliation under State Civil Rights Act, Summary Judgment granted October 19, 2009.

James Wheeler vs. ADT & Tyco International (US) Inc. - (co-trial counsel) - alleged cervical spine injury resulting in recommendation for surgery. Economic damage specials of $750,000 with a like amount for pain and suffering. Jury award of $14,400. Tried August 2008.

Fed Ex Freight vs. American Inks - Tried June 11 and June 12, 2007. Plaintiff sought judgment against Defendant for environmental remediation of spilled ink being transported by Plaintiff. Plaintiffs requested judgment of $640,000. Defendant’s verdict.

Lowry vs. Watson Chapel School District - Tried September 2007. Lawsuit by students who were disciplined for black arm band protest against school dress code alleging first amendment rights violation. Defendant’s verdict achieved on issue of damages.

Martin vs. Watson Chapel School District - Teacher sued school district alleging race discrimination for failure to promote to administrative position. Lowest settlement demand prior to trial $375,000. Jury verdict of $150,000.
